The first 7" from this all-female band from Gothenburg, Sweden. What we have here are four rampaging songs of thrashy anarcho punk. Lurking throughout are some d-beat influences, especially in the rhythm section. This has been described as grunge. I can hear some grunge in the vocal harmonies, but it doesn't overpower the d-beat. Really, if you have a bunch of girls playing fast political music, are they always going to be compared to Seven Year Bitch, Bikini Kill, or Babes In Toyland? Like those bands, the sound is very trebly. The instruments are separated nicely in the recording, so no instrument dominates the mix. If you're a fan of the sound, this is definitely worth getting.
